We wanted to take a moment to address the on-going and fast-developing situation as we all work to do our part in mitigating the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). This is clearly a serious situation of global proportions. However by taking prudent and thoughtful steps and following the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other government agencies, we can and will get through this.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees is of our utmost importance. During this time, we have modified our processes to provide the best experience and safety to our guests. Those processes are centered on setting prearranged appointment times with one of our Digital Concierge or Sales Consultants. Walk-in guest are welcome, but there might be a slight wait time to meet with a Sales Consultant. This is to ensure proper sanitization of all vehicles, and limit the amount of guests present on / in the showroom at a given time. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate through this together.

We are taking the following actions to ensure continuous safety::

• All service team members wear rubber gloves when doing any work on a customer car.
• All touch-points of vehicle interiors are cleaned with disinfectants before returning to customers.
• We are employing extra cleaning on high traffic areas throughout the dealership (tables, chairs, doorknobs, railings, countertops, etc.) using disinfectant wipes
• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the showroom and service waiting area.
• We continue to offer you our complimentary Courtesy Shuttle.
• We are offering pick-up and delivery to your home or office. Simply request this service when you call and make a service reservation.
• As always, most of your shopping experience can be completed online through our digital retail application. Most of the steps to purchase a new or used vehicle can be completed online even approval for finance.
