1)    What is your process for buying a new vehicle? 

• Most of our vehicles are pre sold before they arrive. Once a guest is interested in a model we review what we currently have on the lot. If a vehicle is not available that meets their criteria, we can review what is available with vehicles in transit and being built.

2. How do I order a vehicle?

• Submit your request by clicking reserve an inbound vehicle and include vehicle preferences in the comments section. A dealership representative will contact you to verify your desired vehicle and explore potential incoming stock. Once you agree to the vehicle, you can reserve it by a partial payment

3. Are you charging over MSRP?

• No. we are not charging our guests over MSRP. We believe in creating guest loyalty for the future and are not taking advantage of market price adjustments

4. How long will it take for a vehicle that is being built to arrive to the dealership?

• Given there are no delays with shipping, we generally see between 45-60 days by the time a vehicle is being built to arrival.

5. How soon should I start my search if I am leasing a vehicle?

• We recommend starting the search at least 6 months prior to your lease expiring to ensure we find the right vehicle that matches your criteria.
