Bart Schlosser is the current General Manager at Tom Wood Lexus. He is a proud native Hoosier, completed his education at Carmel High School, and pursued higher studies at Miami University. He brought a wealth of experience to Tom Wood when he joined the team in 2012, having worked in various marketing, sales, and vehicle distribution roles at a corporate level for both Toyota and Nissan across the United States. Outside of work, Bart's focus and joy revolve around his family, including his grown adult children and his beloved wife, Marsha. Additionally, a central part of his life is dedicated to loving, caring for, and training his two field English Setters.

Brooke Bell has been with Tom Wood Lexus since September 2009, growing and developing her experience as the Digital Operations Manager. She holds a Lexus Master Certification and has completed Elevate Leadership Training through SMU. A graduate of Hamilton Southeastern and Samford University with a Bachelor's in Psychology, Brooke is dedicated to creating a seamless guest experience from the first impression, whether on the phone, online, or in-store. She focuses on building meaningful relationships while guiding guests through the vehicle purchase or service process. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, watching sports, and interior design. Her favorite car model is the Lexus GX, a luxury SUV known for its durability and ruggedness.

Kim Robling is the current Parts Manager at Tom Wood Lexus and joined the team in 2011. She holds significant industry experience and is Master Certified with Lexus. She abides by the philosophy of Omotenashi, treating each guest like a valued visitor in her home. Kim enjoys traveling, especially cruises, and dedicates her free time to her three rescue dogs, engaging in walks and playtime. She also has a passion for home improvement projects. Kim holds a particular fondness for her Lexus IS due to its sporty yet comfortable design and excellent handling.

Alexis Walters is currently the Service Manager at Tom Wood Lexus and has been an integral part of the team for 9 years. She has a wealth of automotive experience since she started in the industry in 2014. She holds several prestigious certifications, including being Lexus Master Certified, NCM Service Management Training, and Elevate Lexus Training. Alexis pursued her education at Roncalli High School and later studied Business Management at Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). Her philosophy places the customer at the forefront, emphasizing treating them like a cherished guest in her own home. During her free time, Alexis loves traveling and spending quality moments with her family. Her preferred Lexus model is the NX F-Sport, as it captures her attention due to its speed.

Katelyn Stahl has been an essential part of the Tom Wood Lexus team since 2015 and is currently the Vehicle Exchange Specialist. Her educational background includes Tipton High School and Ball State University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Katelyn's core philosophy revolves around ensuring the most positive car buying experience for customers and fostering long-term relationships with them. When she is not at work, Katelyn can be found traveling, exploring the great outdoors, and spending quality time with family. The Lexus RX 350 is her favorite model because it is a timeless choice that embodies all that Lexus represents-safety, reliability, and comfort.

Corey has been a sales professional at Tom Wood Lexus since 2015. He is Master Certified through Lexus and holds Finance and Insurance certification from Reahard and Associates. Corey graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Management and a minor in Marketing. Known for his ability to match customers with their perfect vehicle, he focuses on building long-term relationships and educating clients about the Lexus brand. Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time with his fiancée Amanda, their son Archer, and relaxing in Destin, FL.

Ryan Garland is a Sales and Finance Consultant that joined the Tom Wood Lexus team in 2019 and entered the automotive industry in 2007. He graduated high school from MacArthur in Decatur, IL. Ryan's values are centered on treating customers like esteemed guests in his own home and delivering exceptional customer service. In his free time, he finds joy in nature and values quality time with his children. When it comes to cars, his personal preference is the Lexus RX 500, appreciating its balance between luxury, sports car features, and exceptional handling and power.

Doug Rominger joined the Tom Wood Lexus team in 2020 as a dedicated Sales and Finance Consultant. His educational background includes North Central High School and Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Doug's philosophy centers on treating everyone with the same respect and consideration as he would expect. During his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking. His favorite model is the Lexus ES 350. It resonates with him due to its comfortable sedan design, reflecting his preference for a cozy and enjoyable driving experience.

James Gamble has been a dedicated Sales and Finance Consultant at Tom Wood Lexus since 2016, but his journey in the automotive industry started in 2013. His educational background includes Howe High School and Indiana Wesleyan University. James' work philosophy is to ensure customers are not only satisfied but that they also thoroughly enjoy their experience. In his free time, he dedicates himself to working out, dancing, and spending time with his family. Rylee McDaniel is a Sales and Finance Consultant at Tom Wood Lexus, starting her career in the automotive field in April 2024. Though new to the industry, Rylee brings a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to customer service. She believes in building lasting relationships with customers through genuine connections. Alec Reinsch is a knowledgeable Sales professional at Tom Wood Lexus, starting in June of 2024. With eight years of automotive experience, Alec is ASE certified and attended Jasper High School. Alec believes only the best is good enough. He enjoys overlanding his GX460, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his wife and dogs. His favorite vehicle is the Lexus GX550 Overtrail +, which he considers the perfect blend of luxury, reliability, and capability.

Meagen Feigert is an integral part of Tom Wood Lexus team and is currently serving as an Internet Sales Representative in the Business Development Center. She joined the team in 2020 and has been a part of the automotive industry since 2006. She graduated from Lebanon High School and continued her studies at Marian University. Meagen's philosophy is based on treating all guests with the same respect and care that she expects, recognizing the privilege of their visit. In her free time, she enjoys playing Texas Hold'em. Her favorite Lexus model is the UX, as it perfectly fits her zippy needs and offers an ideal size for her preferences.

Mike McCann is the Assistant Service Manager at Tom Wood Lexus. Although he joined the Lexus team in 2021, he has over a decade of automotive industry experience. He holds the impressive ASE Master Certification, showcasing his expertise in the field. Mike graduated from Western High School in Anaheim, CA, and later furthered his studies at Cal Poly Pomona University. His guiding philosophy emphasizes active listening, anticipating customer's needs, and treating them with the same respect he would desire, all crucial in fostering strong customer relationships. During his free time, Mike values quality moments with his family, including his two children, and enjoys playing the guitar, attending concerts, and watching sporting events. Greg Busche is a Service Consultant at Tom Wood Lexus and has been an essential part of the team since 2012. His time in the automotive industry started in 2007. His educational journey started at Concordia Lutheran High School and later continued at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Greg's philosophy is rooted in treating others the way he wishes to be treated. Steve Card currently serves as the dedicated Technology Specialist at Tom Wood Lexus and joined the team in 2017. He graduated locally from Pike High School and furthered his studies at Ball State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in French and Secondary Education with a minor in History. Steve's philosophy is centered on ensuring clients understand that his services extend beyond their vehicle purchase. When he is not at work, Steve enjoys playing golf and treasuring moments with his grandkids. His favorite model is the Lexus ES 300 Hybrid, as it appeals to him for its blend of style and fuel efficiency.

Dakota Almeida is a skilled Service Advisor at Tom Wood Lexus. He joined the team in 2016 and entered the automotive industry the same year. Just seven years later, he is now Lexus Master Certified. Alicia Crutcher currently serves as ta Customer Service Representative at Tom Wood Lexus. Her journey in the automotive industry began in 2007, but she joined the Lexus family in 2015. She graduated from Martinsville High School and later pursued studies at Med Tech College. Alicia always prioritizes guest care, treating them as honored individuals, and providing the best possible experience while expressing gratitude for choosing Lexus. Outside of work, she enjoys a range of activities from horseback riding and farm work to camping, photography, and bargain shopping.
